  1. I like to add a 15-oz can of pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling!) to my chili. Sounds weird - but you don't really taste it, and it gives the chili a thicker consistency (without adding any points).

  2. I made the chili today, substituting Tex Mex Chili Seasoning (for a little more spice), then blended it lightly after cooking to thicken it. Add an once or less of cheddar to the bowl and it's fantastic.

Can someone tell me the size of a serving for this recipe?

  3. Oops! Didn't realize I didn't have that information about the serving size on the recipe.

The serving size is 1 cup and it makes 20 cups...thanks for letting me know.

I would imagine the Tex Mex Chili Seasoning mix is the same as what I used as far as the POINTS, adding cheese will add to the POINTS per serving (as you probably know).

  7. This calls for ground turkey breast. What about 97% lean like they sell at Costco? Thanks!

  8. Yes, the 97% lean from Costco will work...
